Jazz lovers sure can be a routy bunch.  Check out this article about a jazz festival this weekend in Johannesburg, South Africa.

 

It seems that there were some technical difficulties and the musicians had to stop playing, inciting near riot conditions.  

 

Geez, wouldn’t it be great if this kind of thing happened all over when jazz musicians stopped playing? We would have gigs galore, women hanging all over us and our bank accounts would be bursting at the seams.   

 

Yea, right.  Nice to dream a little once in a while anyway.  J
