Jazz Christmas Fake Books and Other Items

It's that time of year again.  The time when we all crack out our Christmas fake books for those few fleeting gigs around the holidays. I have to admit I only have one Christmas fake book, but it seems to do the trick every year.  One of these days I'll break down and get another one.

On a related note, if you haven't noticed by now, I love eBay.  Two things that make it a killer tool for searching for just about anything.  One is the "advanced search" capabilities.  The other is the ability to make RSS feeds from those search results.  By using the advanced search features at eBay you can literally drill down to the exact items that you want to find.  Considering the fact that there are millions of items on eBay at any given moment, being able to search in a highly focused manner really saves time.

RSS is a simple way to keep updated content onto a web page.  Obviously eBay constantly updates there are items.  If I simply just copied and pasted results onto a page they would get old very quickly.  EBay allows for RSS feeds, simply meaning that the content on my eBay pages is constantly updated.  For example, the big band charts on eBay page shows listings that have" big band chart" in the title itself.  This saves you time from having to go to eBay, then entering in the search term, and waiting for results.

With that being said, I have done advanced search for Jazz Christmas items, including fake books and posted the RSS results below.  These listings obviously change in real-time, so feel free to stop by this page regularly during the holiday season.  You never know when you need another Jazz Christmas fake book.
